It’s a roadside memorial for the University of Wyoming’s cross country running team, who were killed in a head-on collision with a drunk driver in 2001. It’s a picture made by Gregor_y from his flickr account with a caption on the picture as follows:
” I pass this grim memorial everyday. Eight members of the U-Wyo cross country running team were killed here in a head-on collision with a drunk driver, another UW student.”
