#LoveYourBody Fair 2016: February 20 At Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City

Health Junkie celebrates strong women, launches #LoveYourBody Fair 2016

HealthJunkie.ph, one of the top fitness blogs in the country is hosting a sports and wellness camp on February 20, 2016 (Saturday) from 6:00am to 1:00pm at the Greenfield District Central Park (near corner EDSA and Shaw Blvd) Mandaluyong City.

They are offering the opportunity of their community partners and local businesses to promote health and well-being to all fitness-conscious participants. The theme for this year’s health and fitness fair is “women loving their bodies”, giving women proper nutrition, strengthening their bodies with exercise, training them not too worry too much and giving themselves enough time to recharge.

Come experience live sessions with distinguished health gurus, and shop with health-focused vendors from across the country. You’ll learn more about healthy living, yoga, fun exercises like running and zumba, clean eating and other exciting topics.

This wellness fair is being spearheaded by top fitness celebrity, Tonette Nicholas, founder and owner of the HealthJunkie.ph blog.

Here are the details of the event:

Health Junkie, your go-to resource for doable exercise, healthy recipes, and happy lifestyle tips, is launching something big this year.

Heath Junkie’s readership comprises mostly of young female professionals within the age group of 18-34 years old who are either looking into ways to jump start their healthy lifestyle or women who are seeking for a community to share their passion for health and fitness with.

“Health Junkie is more than just a blog, it’s a community, ” says founder Tonette Nicolas. “We’ve always known that women are strong, but we’re also human. We have insecurities and fears which can sometimes get the better of us. That’s why having a community who understands and doesn’t judge is important. We’re here to support each other as we strive for a healthier and more active lifestyle.”

It all starts with loving your body
Given the wide array of diets available and different exercises to try, it can get overwhelming. The truth is, there’s no single solution; what works for one person may not yield the same result for another. The one thing that can certainly work for everyone is choosing to be kindto love your body.

We often tend to focus on what we hate about our body, but what if we actually start loving it? Loving your body is about giving it proper nutrition, strengthening your body with exercise, training yourself not too worry too much and giving yourself enough time to recharge.
